Rakesh Agarwal, CPA & LLM Born and raised in India, Mr. Agarwal emigrated to the United States after practicing both accounting and law overseas. He completed a Master of Law degree from Touro College in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in both New York and New Jersey. Rakesh has represented both small and mid-sized companies with sales ranging from $10 million to $350 million, as well as working with those owned by multi-billion dollar conglomerates. Mr. Agarwal is a member of the American Association of Attorney-CPA’s and the NJ Society of CPA’s.
