I switched to this brokerage a few months ago, and am SO glad I made the change. Their $99 transaction fee is amazing and it’s obvious that they support the agents best interest (which in turn supports the clients)! I have gotten so much more hands on help and attention from Zach and Taylor than I ever did at my past brokerage. I have some friends getting their real estate licenses and they want to join ZT Realty because they’ve seen how awesome my experience has been. If I could give more than 5 stars I would ??

Christopher Kirby, with Zach Taylor Real Estate, was everything you wanted in a real estate agent. He worked tirelessly, and diligently, with my wife and I on finding our first home. After over a year of searching, he helped us find our perfect starter home! We lived in Oak Ridge, East Tennessee, at the time and he always found time to walk houses that my wife and I were interested in, no matter the location. James Farley was possibly the most patient and friendly real estate agent we have ever worked with. He was quick to pick up on our needs (spoken and unspoken) and desired style of home. He had a lot of knowledge about this area, which helped us to find the desired location quickly. He never made us feel pushed to make a sale decision and helped us to find the perfect home.
