Rated 5.0 Nothing but good things about Sunil and AAA. He's told me often that when people sign up with him that he hopes they never actually need the coverage, but that he's there for them if they do. He proved that absolutely true this week when I was in a car accident. Not even kidding, when I called he picked up the phone halfway through the FIRST ring - no phone tag, which is awesome considering I really just needed a live person on my side in that instance. No judgment, just problem solving. Throughout the whole ordeal he walked me through with next steps, even going so far as to text me a list of information I should get from the other drivers. Over the next few days he was in touch through email, phone, and even social media the moment I had a concern. When I didn't hear from my adjuster right away he took immediate care of it and I'm now working with someone who is on the ball. Seriously, this is the least painful accident experience anyone could have - AAA just takes care of it. You know the funny thing? All my life I'd been one to skimp on the insurance because I'm a decent driver and never really need it. All the extra money I paid (which wasn't even much because the AAA rate actually beat out other local agents for full coverage)? Totally worth it to have that peace of mind and know this is the level of care I'm getting if and when I ever need it. SUNIL ROCKS.
