I worked with Ravi to close two properties, and from the very beginning, he was upfront and clear about the process and expectations.
When I was working through the offer, he helped me think through the pricing, value, and ROI of the investment. He also guided me through the inspection and renegotiation process. He did a great job presenting my concerns clearly and making sure the property issues were either fixed or reflected in the final price.
There was also a lot of back-and-forth coordination with the mortgage team and attorney, and Ravi handled it all smoothly without letting the pressure fall on me as the buyer.
