My son used a tutor for algebra. He went out of his way to make sure my son was ready for testing and quizzes.

You sent a person who owns it it Volusia County who's accent is so think you can barely understand him. Found out he is the owner..hmmmm.. I can you give a honest report on spending less than 20 mins with a kid and decide he needs 3 hours of tutoring a week at almost 300 hundred dollars. I speak to the owner and tell him no I don't know this company to know if it's worth that and your guy tells me my child can't be helped.. Your company sounds money hungry to me. So I will be reporting it to Gardiner Scholarship and make them aware of what this company is really up to!!!!!!

I have been a Club Z! employee for over 6 years, and I LOVE working here. My co-workers are great and we all get along very well. The management is also very favorable and genuinely care about the employees. Appreciation is shown through various work activities. I also like our one on one approach with our franchise owners. They can call in and talk to a live person and get the help they need, no obnoxious phone prompts. This company stressed to me how they were very low on tutors and needed some for immediate hire... In no time I was set up for an interview and they processed my paperwork very fast...I wowed everyone in the room and was hired on the spot...I was contacted hours later to write a bio so that potential clients could read about me... In my bio I did mention I was currently pregnant... From that moment I never heard from the company again... I called and wrote emails and I haven't heard from them yet! I know a young lady that was hired after me and she begun work right away... Didn't know pregnancy could drive employment away... Any company that partakes in any form of discrimination WILL NEVER be a company that I would recommend...

I really enjoy working at Club Z! When I decided to go back to work after being a stay at home mom, they provided a flexible part time schedule. Franchise co-owner cancelled the scheduled appointment 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled starting time. I left work early to be here for the appointment. No explanation was given as to why he couldn't make it nor did he offer to reschedule. He did give me the name and number of another franchise in the area who does not own my zip code. She stated she could only work with me if the other franchise owner gave her permission. After explaining to her my needs, which where 2 hours per week, she declined to work with us, stating that 2 hours per week was not enough. Two hours per week is roughly about $350 per month - or the equivalent of a car payment. So, although it was not enough income for her, it was certainly more than enough of an expense for me. So, I will now spend more time searching for a tutor.

We have had an amazing experience with Club Z. My 1st grade son was falling behind in reading and was at risk of possibly being held back a year. After 3 months of 2x/week tutoring he has jumped over 2 reading levels and is now back on track. His tutor is very patient, knowledgeable and fun. He has a good time while being tutored and doesn't even realize he is actually learning. I would recommend Club Z to anyone in need of extra help!
