Simon made the process of buying a new home so much easier than the horror stories I had heard from my friends. I was expecting it to take a long time, but he willing knew how to negotiate to make the sellers have to respond quickly. He connected me with a few mortgage lenders and title company as well so that process so I didn’t spend a lot of time spinning my wheels trying to find who to go with. This is my first home and I don’t know anyone that purchased in the area so I didn’t have any established connections so I really appreciate that he connected me with so many people that could just straight forwary tell me next steps.

Simon Sahi has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we thought were a lot of bumps in the road but Simon was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. Simon is fantastic to work with. The Los Altos market is one of the most desirable cities in Silicon Valley. He helped us navigate to find us our dream home in Los Altos. He would always text me back within a few minutes of any questions or concerns I have. Simon sold my parents’ condo within a few days of my father’s (unexpected) passing. My father spoke highly of him and throughout this process, I understand why. Simon let’s his work speak for itself, and this is true. If you're looking for a high touch, high energy, get-it-done type realtor, Simon Sahi is your man. With Simon's help, my partner and I were able to find and close a great house in less than 2 months. We were first time home buyers and started looking for houses in late June. Zillow connected us with Simon and we toured a half a dozen houses in areas we were interested in. After that, we made an offer for a home we felt very comfortable with, and had it accepted in early July. We closed at the beginning of August on time. All in all, the process was fast moving and smooth. As first time home buyers, we were nervous making such a big decision as well as making sure that we weren't missing key steps and details. Simon was able to provide the needed information to alleviate our concerns. He also introduced us to our loan officer who helped us find a great mortgage rate. Even after shopping around, we ended up going with the officer he recommended. Throughout this process, Simon was immediately available for any questions or concerns. Simon is a up and coming talented realtor. He sold my condo for $1,020,000, $40,000 above the market value without publicly listing it. It was sold as soon as he announced to this private network of realtors. His strength is his interpersonal skills, which has netted him many valuable connection over the years. The fact that he was able to sell my condo at $40,000 above market without publicly listing it attests to his unusual skills, a feat that most realtor can't deliver. Simon is AMAZING!!!! Being a first time homebuyer, it is safe to say that we had no idea what we were doing. Not only was Simon very patient with us, but he took the time to explain everything so we could learn along the way. We started with a couple of different properties that we were interested in and Simon helped us narrow it down to one, giving valuable insights about each property. He took the time time draw up reports about each property and get in contact with their agent to gain helpful insights. We really felt like he took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, and he helped us find our dream home. Once we narrowed it down to one home, Simon worked day and night with the other agent to negotiate and make sure we were able to get our home before the property even became open to offers. Because of this, Simon was able to win the property, even though there were over 15 different parties interested in it. Simon dedicated his time and knowledge to working within the time frame we provided, making sure that we were able to move in before I started my new job and before our lease on our other home expired. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, you need Simon! I was referred to Simon from a friend of mine, and me being new to the concept of buying a home, I was nervous. I knew I wanted to buy a home for my family and I but I didn’t know really where to start, or what to expect. I needed a lender, and Simon helped get me approved with an amazing lender, who worked my complicated loan terms. Once I got approved Simon was straightforward with me in showing me how the market works, and what I may need to offer in order to get in on a great property, given the crazy competitive market of the South Bay. He took his time in really listening to me and my family’s needs in a home, and the type of features we were looking for. Its amazing the amount of properties he was able to show us! He really went above and beyond in making sure we were able to see homes on our varying work schedules (we run a busy business), with long days and late evenings spending time with us. We met Simon through zillow. In the beginning, we were not determined on which area to look for and so had to schedule lots of tours at three different cities (bedford, palo alto, los altos). Simon was always very responsive and quickly arranged tours even for the last minute requests. Whenever we have questions, we could get his help in less than an hour. He was also very effective in negotiation process. He dealt with the seller’s agent and made the offer accepted with very good price for us.
