In our neighborhood, we had a short sale, a cash sale, and a third sale (less than a year ago) far below market for homes nearly the exact same floor plan as ours. We had to sell our home, but were very leery of putting it on the market due to those prior low sales. When Rupali told us the price she wanted to list our home for, we thought it was too high. Go with Akash! You won't regret it. Not only is he very responsive but he is also attentive and thoughtful. He is listening to everything you say and keeps track of it so there were many times where we were like how did he remember that?? yes! that's exactly what we want! you're right, I won't like that. He also remembered something personal about us that we mentioned and at the following appointment, gave us useful information that had nothing to do with real estate. Who does that?? So thoughtful!!
