We interviewed Sanjeev and his company, Triangle Dream Realty LLC and immediately felt that he and his company were the right agent for us in the sale of our home. After more than 20 years living in our home he led us in preparation of our home for sale, including recommendations for repairs, painting and a suggested plan for marketing our home. He continually communicated with us and even recommended we not cancel our plans for a trip out of the country for vacation.
Due to his diligence our home had an offer in the first 36 hours of being listed for sale.
He coordinated our document preparation and we completed the necessary digital paperwork internationally to solidify the contract. Our final closing was completed flawlessly.
