Madhumitha did a spectacular job with my hair and makeup for my ceremony and reception. Additionally, she did an incredible job with the saree and lehenga draping. Most importantly, she was very open to discussing hair and makeup styles and making sure I was happy with the look. She is a true professional. She had an impressively accurate estimate of time/kept me on track for everything. She did pre pleating of the saree which looked crisp and beautiful, and was very easy to wear as a result. For the first day, my hair and makeup stayed in place for over 7 hours after dancing outside in the humidity and getting sweaty. Not one hair was out of place or frizzy, and not one part of my makeup smudged at all due to her amazing work. She also draped my sari and lehenga beautifully, making sure the pleats and pins did not move when I was dancing like a crazy person. For the second day, she added hair extensions, fresh flowers, and jeweled bobby pins which were all perfectly positioned and once again helped with the sari draping so beautifully. I had to change to a 9-yard sari mid-ceremony and she helped drape that beautifully as well. It all stayed through the ceremony which had an outdoor part in the RAIN! After the ceremony where people threw rice in my hair, she did not complain one bit and transitioned my hair and makeup into my evening look which I received numerous compliments on. I gave Madhumitha photos of makeup and hairstyles that I wanted and she nailed it, making me look even better than the inspiration photos. She is such a kind and sweet person and asks what you want, emphasizing your natural beauty instead of caking on tons of makeup.
