I was attempting to sell my home on my own. I received many calls from realtors and finally starting meeting with them. I met with at least ten realtors and Raj was the first one I met. I already knew I was going to use him to sell me house. He walked in my house, fussed over it and brought out all the good in a house that needed much updating. My house was sentimental to me and he made sure he took pride in selling my house. Some other realtors basically told me my house was outdated and I would have difficulty selling. Well why did Raj sell it in less that two weeks then? My favorite part was that he bought his lovely wife with him to my open house, and being she is realtor, I was getting 2 for 1. It was fall, so they decorated the inside of my house with a fall theme, baked cookies the day of the open house, sent out flyers and went above and beyond to help sell my house. I was so impressed with all the hard work he and his wife put into the sale of my house and was able to get it sold in no time. They kept me in the loop with everything that was happening, asked me many questions to be ready for when buyers came in. I had the best experience working with Raj. His kindness and compassion the first time I met him, was his selling point for me. If you need your house sold, make sure you call him!!! He will get the job done...thank you again Raj!!!

In the process of selling my house I wanted to sell it myself so I decided to list it on Zillow, I got so many calls from real estate agents wanting to take over the listing from me. I decided to go with Raymond because he never say that my home wasn't worth the money I was asking for it like other agents they wanted me to drop my asking price so they can sell quickly. Raymond was very patient and understanding and after a few months the house was sold. I will continue to work you him as my buying and selling agent.

We know anju for about 3 years now. We first met her at an open house in short hills. She came across as friendly and patient at a time when we weren't even sure of what we wanted to buy i.e., a house, town home, condo. She showed umpteen number of houses/apartments until we even made an offer. As first time home buyers, and with sporadic searching it took us more than year to make the first offer -- which we did back out of eventually. She wasn't upset at this at all but, insisted on finding us the right home at the our budget which was much below the median home value for the zip code we were looking at. Again, as first time homebuyers she walked us through the entire process of home buying clearly before hand so that weren't in for any surprises later. Also, when we looked at houses she gave us an honest opinion about the house rather than saying something that would make a sale. Anju showed us the house we finally bought about three times before we made a decision to buy. At no point, during the process we felt that we were pressured or persuaded into a decision we weren't comfortable with. All in all, she found us the house we are happy in - we are very thankful to her for this.
