Simon made the process of buying a new home so much easier than the horror stories I had heard from my friends. I was expecting it to take a long time, but he willing knew how to negotiate to make the sellers have to respond quickly. He connected me with a few mortgage lenders and title company as well so that process so I didn’t spend a lot of time spinning my wheels trying to find who to go with. This is my first home and I don’t know anyone that purchased in the area so I didn’t have any established connections so I really appreciate that he connected me with so many people that could just straight forwary tell me next steps.

Simon Sahi has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we thought were a lot of bumps in the road but Simon was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. We didn’t realize what he was saying until it actually happened and we have a great appreciation for that now . As a first time homebuyer I would highly recommend Simon. Simon is fantastic to work with. The Los Altos market is one of the most desirable cities in Silicon Valley. He helped us navigate to find us our dream home in Los Altos. He would always text me back within a few minutes of any questions or concerns I have. Simon was also very flexible with our busy schedules, which consisted of meeting us in evenings, early weekend mornings or nights. He strategized a plan to get us into the right home at the right time and also guided us and educated us on what it takes to secure a house. Simon sold my parents’ condo within a few days of my father’s (unexpected) passing. My father spoke highly of him and throughout this process, I understand why. Simon let’s his work speak for itself, and this is true. He took the time to make sure I (and my father) understood everything and was comfortable with the decisions made each step of the way, from the open house to getting an offer $90K over asking price, to completing the necessary paperwork to close the sale, and just making sure I was okay throughout this difficult time. If you're looking for a high touch, high energy, get-it-done type realtor, Simon Sahi is your man. With Simon's help, my partner and I were able to find and close a great house in less than 2 months. We were first time home buyers and started looking for houses in late June. Zillow connected us with Simon and we toured a half a dozen houses in areas we were interested in. After that, we made an offer for a home we felt very comfortable with, and had it accepted in early July. We closed at the beginning of August on time. All in all, the process was fast moving and smooth. As first time home buyers, we were nervous making such a big decision as well as making sure that we weren't missing key steps and details. Simon was able to provide the needed information to alleviate our concerns. He also introduced us to our loan officer who helped us find a great mortgage rate. Even after shopping around, we ended up going with the officer he recommended. Throughout this process, Simon was immediately available for any questions or concerns. Often we would ask to see houses late in the week and Simon was able to work out the showing details the same day we requested. Moreover, Simon was also very good at spotting the aspects of our home that we cared about, and efficiently found houses that suited our preferences. In particular, I really appreciated his ability to show us houses we didn't know we wanted. With only a few showings, Simon helped us develop our sense of whether a house is a clear yes or no. We're very pleased with the house we purchased--now a very satisfying new home. No process is perfect. It's important to be mindful of customer personalities and making sure that they feel valued and respected--we had an early interaction that made things difficult on that front. However, Simon is very adaptable and responsive when given feedback, and we were able to work out the issue amiably. We were incredibly fortunate to work with Simon as part of our first home buying experience. He is high energy, very responsive, and works hard to help you achieve your objective. Do you think of your realtor everyday?! I do! Srini has been our family friend for a while now. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. He had made both combined and separate calls to speak to my husband and me to gather a different perspective for what we were looking for in a home. After that when we went to check the home, he specifically pointed out the caveats (and that’s why I think of him everyday) in the home which I might not like in the long run (since he knew me and my lifestyle for a while!). It gave me a chance to review my specs one more time and I told him that it’s one of the compromises I wanted to make, after running by all the pros with him. When it was time for the meat: the finances, he helped us engage with a mortgage consultant who arranged all the preapproval docs in a jiffy but with great accuracy! Srini then helped us through the whole process of evaluating the numbers, making the right quote, presenting to the seller plus going back and forth with the right terms on the actual day of the offer. He continued his help till the last day of the process even with a now-seemingly-trivial-but-then-very-important task of getting the home thoroughly cleaned before we entered it. And it didn’t end there! We weren’t so sure about selling our older home right away. He gave us time and perspective about the gamut of options we had for selling the home. Then when we decided to sell our previous place in a few weeks, Srini took time for us right away and helped us strike a great deal without even listing it and ensured a good price for the home. Srini helped our home buying and selling process to be a very smooth sail. It’s hard to find great advice with a professional tinge to all aspects of the process. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. It has been a very pleasant experience in working with Srini Goli, a truly professional gentlemen who cares for his customers and in general have a love for people. I was looking for a rental property investment and approached Srini in that regard to help guide me through the process. Srini started off with what factors I was looking for including proximity to Bart , high probability of rental , Schools , proximity to shopping malls among other things, and also not to discount the rental customers we wanted to target. Srini has been extremely helpful in educating me on all the above factors and never hesitated or have been impatient while showing me various properties. We might have gone over at least 20 properties before finally deciding on my rental property that I have purchased. During all this process, Srini has been diligent, accommodative and very cheerful which made my buying experience a very memorable one. We bought our first house through Srini Goli and couldn't be more satisfied with the way he helped us throughout the process.
