If you’re reading this review, there is no need to look any further for other realtors. Simon is the best at what he does! Simon Sahi has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we thought were a lot of bumps in the road but Simon was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. We didn’t realize what he was saying until it actually happened and we have a great appreciation for that now . As a first time homebuyer I would highly recommend Simon. If you're looking for a high touch, high energy, get-it-done type realtor, Simon Sahi is your man. With Simon's help, my partner and I were able to find and close a great house in less than 2 months. We were first time home buyers and started looking for houses in late June. Zillow connected us with Simon and we toured a half a dozen houses in areas we were interested in. After that, we made an offer for a home we felt very comfortable with, and had it accepted in early July. We closed at the beginning of August on time. All in all, the process was fast moving and smooth. As first time home buyers, we were nervous making such a big decision as well as making sure that we weren't missing key steps and details. Simon made the process of buying a new home so much easier than the horror stories I had heard from my friends. I was expecting it to take a long time, but he willing knew how to negotiate to make the sellers have to respond quickly. He connected me with a few mortgage lenders and title company as well so that process so I didn’t spend a lot of time spinning my wheels trying to find who to go with. He would always text me back within a few minutes of any questions or concerns I have. Simon is AMAZING!!!! Being a first time homebuyer, it is safe to say that we had no idea what we were doing. Not only was Simon very patient with us, but he took the time to explain everything so we could learn along the way. We started with a couple of different properties that we were interested in and Simon helped us narrow it down to one, giving valuable insights about each property. He took the time time draw up reports about each property and get in contact with their agent to gain helpful insights. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, you need Simon! I was referred to Simon from a friend of mine, and me being new to the concept of buying a home, I was nervous. I knew I wanted to buy a home for my family and I but I didn’t know really where to start, or what to expect. Once I got approved Simon was straightforward with me in showing me how the market works, and what I may need to offer in order to get in on a great property, given the crazy competitive market of the South Bay. We met Simon through zillow. In the beginning, we were not determined on which area to look for and so had to schedule lots of tours at three different cities (bedford, palo alto, los altos). Simon was always very responsive and quickly arranged tours even for the last minute requests. Whenever we have questions, we could get his help in less than an hour. Simon did an exceptional job helping my mother, who lived out of state, purchase a condominium near me in the San Jose area.
