Sheetal was my hostess and provided excellent friendly and attentive service. This is my very first time at Bombay. Their buffet offers plenty of diverse dishes but most importantly, the chicken, the paneer, the veggies, the rice, were absolutely ?? omg, try the Naam, freshly delivered to your table. Truly delicious ?? we even tried the gulab jamun creme brulee..it has great location but mostly, what a fine dining restaurant, fancy seats and beautifully decorated

Even though they’re busy and see so many people, they somehow still remember their customers. That personal touch means a lot. You’re not just another order here—they treat you like family. Tried the lunch buffet today and it was absolutely top-notch ?? From the moment we walked in, everything felt well-organized and inviting. The spread had a great variety — something for everyone — and every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they focus on quality, not just quantity. The highlights for me were the rich curries, perfectly seasoned appetizers, and the desserts… just amazing! ?????????? Bombay Republic Indian Kitchen in Plano was phenomenal. I had the Hyderabadi lamb masala, the owner Kartik recommended & paired it with the chicken dum biryani; absolutely scrumptious. We also tried the burrata chicken tikka masala and the adraki chicken curry, and the kids loved the adraki one. Huge shoutout to our server, Sheetal; service was A1 from start to finish. We’ll be back.
