During our first visit to his office we experienced his professionalism, knowledge about the local area and friendly caring nature of him. This made our home buying experience very enjoyable. During the entire process he was just a message or call away for providing guidance. Also if he was busy while we called him, he made sure to get back later. After buying the property, before we could rent it out, we had to go on a long vacation out of the country. Munish and the team managed to find a tenant in about 10 days and were communicating with us during different time zone.
