I was given Sunny’s contact information by another realtor when looking for a rental in Wesley Chapel. He owns several very nice properties in the area. He made the process of obtaining the lease very easy and responded to me promptly when I had questions. The day of my walkthrough, he made a list of items to be completed before or just after move in. Every item was taken care of as promised in a timely manner. I recently had an ant problem and he immediately contacted a pest control company to deal with it. I can’t say enough good things about my experience renting from Sunny - Not only is he responsive and helpful, but he’s also a really nice guy too!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelly on Jan 10th to inquire about a townhome that she had listed. I truly had no intentions of buying a home, I just wanted to see what was out there in terms of layout and what I would want to look for, in a townhome. I met her Jan 11th and again viewed the home on Sat. By Sunday, I had offered on the home, contingent on the sale of my current home, at the time. I asked Shelly if she would represent me and off we went! By Monday we had photos and video, and my home my was on the market. Fast forward to March 8th, I closed on both homes! Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice in terms of their availability and effort and how they create and advertise their listings. The Shelly team stood out as the best: their videos photography services are amazing, their negotiation strategy was strong, and I could tell they will get you the best price from for your house. Varsha Patel is the best real estate agent, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was originally referred to Varsha, by a co-worker because, a previous Realtor had advised me to stop looking for a home because, I didn't have enough funds to purchase a home. As soon as my co-worker, heard this story she told me, “Here is Varsha's businesses card, call her!” Varsha had recently helped my co-workers parents find the home of their dreams! And that is all, I needed to hear! I immediately called Varsha and within 4 months, she located a new house being built in a new subdivision and my family and I are currently in the process of moving into our new home! During the entire process Varsha was available to me every step of the way, 7 days a week she was answering and resolving all questions and concerns that would sometimes, come up unexpectedly. Varsha went above and beyond, in everything she did for me. Varsha continuously sent me notifications/possible prospects of homes on the market that was within my price range and meeting my personal requirements/specific criteria. Let me start by saying, Varsha Patel is truly the best in the business. She helped us in buying a property in Orlando, FL and the way she went about it is really worth appreciating. Since, we live outside the state of Florida, Varsha was very prompt in sending us a list of properties for sale and when we found some of them interesting, she used to visit the place personally on our behalf, make videos of the property, do all the homework about the property, send it to us and answer all of our questions. Varsha defines the patience and tenacity required for a realtor in this market. We worked with her for nearly 2 years thru home search and construction and she was always there to help us and guide us. She was very helpful with guiding us about different neighborhoods to choose from in all of Central Florida and then started to attend every meeting with us (no matter how late we let her know) once we started to finalize the location. While getting under contract, throughout the construction process and all of closing and post closing, every single doubt, every pesky question from us was answered without hesitation and every concern was resolved without conflict. And speaking of conflict, we did get into one with our builders pertaining to closing date and she was there everystep of the way fighting for us, pulling strings and making sure our interests are protected. She helped understand every bit of paperwork that was being signed and also prepared us for other paper work that will come in mail. She is also very helpful with final inspections (blue tape walk) for new builds and had great recommendations for 3rd party Inspectors, insurance agents, external lenders, etc. TLDR: For you modern family fans, she can outdo your Phil Dunphy standards. After all she is not just a real estate agent, she is a Realtor.
