Sales Associate + Delivery Driver – Wholesale Business Jobs in Sunrise Wholesale South Plainfield, NJ

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers (retail stores, distributors, and small businesses).

• Take and process customer orders via phone, email, or in-person.

• Upsell additional products and introduce new items to customers.

• Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and receipts.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.

Delivery & Logistics

• Safely deliver wholesale products to customer locations on time.

• Load, unload, and handle products with care.

• Collect payments (if applicable) and obtain customer signatures as proof of delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company delivery vehicle.

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.

Operations & Support

• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.

• Report customer feedback, sales opportunities, and delivery issues to management.

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (commercial license not required, unless state law mandates).

• Previous experience in sales, delivery driving, or wholesale/distribution is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift and move boxes 

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Basic math and record-keeping skills (for invoices and payments).

• Smartphone literacy (GPS, delivery apps, invoicing tools).
