Sutra brow and lash co. is looking for Full-time Eyebrow Theaders for our Marlboro, Shrewsbury and Belmar, NJ locations. We are a friendly and positive beauty spa looking for well experienced individuals in the art of Eyebrow Threading. Technician must possess an artistic as well as a friendly, positive, kind, reliable and hardworking nature.

Tech must drive or must have reliable transportation.

Full Training is available for those with no experience but are interested!

We are offering an attractive pay package between $600 - $1000 weekly. This role is open for both part-time and full-time candidates who are passionate about beauty and cosmetics, and have a keen eye for detail. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality eyebrow threading, waxing, and facial services.
• Provide expert Make-up application according to client's needs.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

The ideal candidate for this role should have a valid work visa. Additionally, they should have a background in beauty / cosmetics / fitness and a passion for fashion. They must be detail-oriented, focused, and committed to delivering the best results.

Preferred Skills:

• Exceptional threading and waxing skills for precise brow shaping.
• Proficiency in makeup application to enhance client's natural beauty.
• Strong record-keeping abilities to maintain accurate client files.
• Excellent sales skills to contribute to business growth.
• Proficient in delivering relaxing and rejuvenating facials.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Threading Specialist or a similar role in beauty / cosmetics / fitness industry is highly preferred.
