Duties

• Teach HVAC systems, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance using our accredited curriculum
• Conduct engaging classroom sessions and hands-on lab training
• Prepare students for industry certifications and successful careers
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure lessons align with current HVAC technologies and industry standards
• Maintain a safe and professional training environment
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program effectiveness
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED (HVAC certifications must)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
• New Jersey license recommended.
