You’ll be responsible for delivering beautifully crafted dishes, managing food cost, inspiring your team, and shaping the culinary direction of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute brand-aligned culinary vision
  • Oversee food quality, menu execution, and kitchen team performance
  • Lead all aspects of menu planning, cost control, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage new menu rollouts and ensure consistent execution across locations
  • Develop and mentor the next generation of chefs through hands-on leadership
  • Drive kitchen safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing research and innovation

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of culinary leadership in a high-volume, Latin-inspired restaurant
  • Strong skills in kitchen operations, team development, and menu execution
  • Deep understanding and passion for Latin American ingredients and cuisine
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
  • Reside within driving distance of a Mexican Sugar location
