We are planning to start an Indian restaurant in the Bay Area.

We have a franchise of a famous South Indian restaurant and are looking for a Chief Chef who has experience in cooking vegetarian Indian dishes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing the kitchen operations to ensure a seamless service, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Creating innovative and appealing menu options that cater to our diverse clientele.
• Collaborating with the culinary staff and managing them to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

Applicants must have a valid work visa and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hotels/restaurants. A strong background in culinary arts, customer service, and catering is essential. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and outstanding leadership skills are a must.

Preferred Experience:
