Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Engage audiences and grow brand visibility.
• Coordinate trade shows, sales team territory visits, and training sessions. Oversee logistics and communication with internal teams.
• Manage relationships with buying groups and marketing partners to maximize exposure and drive growth opportunities.
• Update print advertisements and marketing materials to reflect current brand initiatives and product updates.
• Design and distribute quarterly newsletters highlighting company updates, products, and promotions.
• Assist with phone calls and basic office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Skilled in developing fresh, effective marketing strategies.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Comfortable with occasional travel for events and meetings (up to 25%).
