 Essential Job Functions:

• Greet customers warmly and courteously
• Engage with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products, and build excitement around their purchase
• Deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Understand and follow the company’s safety processes
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions
• Process returns and refunds in accordance with company guidelines
• Open and close registers, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
• Answer incoming calls professionally and according to company standards
• Assist with stocking, tagging, and displaying merchandise

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic math skills required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to travel to other stores for support as needed
