 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality new American cuisine in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain exceptional plate presentation and consistent food quality
• Lead and support a team-oriented kitchen culture
• Execute menu specials and assist with quarterly menu updates
• Expedite food orders and prepare private event platters
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation standards, and cost control measures
• Serve as a liaison between kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Pizza preparation and cooking (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or relevant hands-on experience
• Experience working in high-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to cleanliness, detail, and modern culinary trends
• Available to work nights and weekends
