Job Overview

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $12-$15, with opportunities to earn commission. With flexible scheduling ranging from part-time to full-time, including weekends and night shifts, this role caters to a wide variety of lifestyles.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage accounts receivable
• Conduct telemarketing and stocking activities
• Handle front desk operations
• Participate in cooking operations (as required)

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

Applicants must have 1-2 years of experience in the retail or financial services industry. Additionally, we require a strong understanding of customer service principles, with proficiency in telemarketing and accounts receivable.

Preferred Skills:

• Sales: Ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Financial Services: Understanding of financial products and services
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Accounts Receivable: Proficient in managing accounts and financial records
• Front Desk: Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently
• Cooking: Basic cooking skills could be an added advantage

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in retail, telemarketing, or a customer service role is highly desirable. Experience in managing accounts receivable and front desk operations will also be advantageous.
