 Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Meet or exceed key performance goals including sales targets, conversion rates, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Maintain store appearance by keeping the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Follow all visual merchandising standards, including proper product placement and replenishment.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with inventory management, markdowns, and promotional displays.
• Adhere to all store operational and security procedures, including loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Complete tasks efficiently and independently, asking for additional assignments when needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat, professional appearance.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 15–30 pounds as needed.
