Clarion Idaho Falls seeks experienced Hotel Management Professionals for our growing properties across Wyoming, Idaho, Kansas, and Utah. Oversee operations, lead teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial success. Requires proven hospitality management experience. Competitive salary. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front Desk Operations: Actively work the front desk, ensuring efficient check-ins/check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism.

  • Staff Management: Full lifecycle management including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions and termination.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and motivate front desk and other operational staff, providing ongoing training and coaching to foster a high-performing team.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency across all hotel departments.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address guest feedback and ensure all guests receive exceptional service.

  • Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and daily financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Compliance: Ensure the hotel operates in strict compliance with all corporate rules, brand standards, and local regulations.

  • Problem Solving: Effectively manage unexpected situations and resolve operational challenges with minimal disruption.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum [e.g., 2-3] years of progressive experience in hotel operations or front office management.

  • Proven experience with front desk duties and hotel management software (PMS).

  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, motivate, and manage staff effectively.

  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance and operational procedures.

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
