Chana construction helped us build an ADU in 2020. They provided a very good quality workmanship for a very competitive price. Inspite of the pandemic they pulled off the project with minimal delays. All the cost was communicated before hand with very minor adjustments to the budget. We really appreciate all their help and hope to work with them again. ??

Chana was of a huge help to a local Little League, NCLL, here in Fremont, and it speaks to the kind of man he is, as well as the company he owns and manages. We had a small project in need of a skid steer a few weeks back, and Chana offered to let us borrow it, and avoid the cost of renting one on our own. His son, Bupinder even offered to drive it over to the site and help do the work, even though I was able to handle that part. They are a class act, and the kind of good hearted people you want living in your community. I highly recommend you give them a chance to bid for your next construction project. I had a great experience working with Mr. Channa. He is one of the decent gentlemen I know of, and he became our family friend since then. Building a house is a long-going project and needs a lot of adjustment and negotiation with your contractor. Uncle Ji was easy to talk to or do the negotiation. I would recommend Chana Construction for your project.

We recently had two bathrooms fully remodeled and a 10’x10’ office added to our house in Fremont by Chana construction. In addition, they did a variety of other sundry updates such as changing the kitchen floor tiles, paint house exterior, updating all doors in the house and the like. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and would gladly use their services again and serve as a reference. However, what particularly stood out was their willingness to accommodate last minute changes we requested and even offer valuable changes of their own. For example, Mr. Chana found a design flaw in our architectural plan (roof design) which saved us from undue frustration and also suggested we change the swing of one of our bedroom doors which turned out to be a great decision.

Strongly recommend Chana construction. They built a 2 bed 1 ba unit for us. The project was a brand new construction, and also included demolition and removal of an old shed. Chana has heavy equipment, which made sure the work moved fast. He also has his own crew instead of using subcontractors for everything, which helps keep the project moving forward without being at the mercy of subs. The quality of the work was really good (even our architect commented after she saw the finished project). All inspections passed without issues. The work was completed as per the original budget. Will highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Channa Construction during our remodel. We added < 1000 sq ft to our house. What was important to me was that I was able to contact the company and would get a timely response. This open conversation kept me in the loop about the happenings with the remodel, whether it was inspections, materials or just management of the project. I hired Chana construction for a extensive remodel and addition. To my home in Millbrae. I am very happy with the end result and highly recommend Chana construction for any contracting work anyone needs. He worked with my architect and the city regarding all the paperwork and plan amendments that were needed when we changed our minds on a few things after work had started. His work is excellent and professionally done. His crew is respectful and super nice. I will not hesitate to use or recommend this company moving forward. Thank you Mr Chana !!!

In 2018 I got my whole home remodeled, additional rooms, new kitchen, floor, backyard etc., I chose Channa construction after discussing with multiple contractors. Channaji (As I affectionately call him) did a great job. The workmanship was excellent, his suggestions during the construction was spot on. Although it took longer than originally planned, it was worth it. There were few improvements we added along the way and the cost of additions was very reasonable. Overall I am very satisfied with Channaji (Channa construction) and I recommend him for your remodel, new construction.

Around a year ago, we completed an extension project spanning approximately 1000 feet. Initially apprehensive about embarking on this venture due to hearing various negative accounts of home renovations, we spoke to 20-25 contractors in our locality and ultimately decided to work with Chana Construction. We are extremely satisfied with our decision as they adhered to the original price and scope of work, displaying transparency, honesty, and trustworthiness throughout the process. Working with Mr. Davinder and his son Bhupendra was a pleasure, as they were highly cooperative and receptive to minor alterations without any additional expense. However, it would have been more beneficial if they were better organized. Overall, we highly recommend Chana Construction.

Chana construction helped my addition project during the COVID. Although the project got a bit longer due to the COVID, we are pretty satisfied with the service with their flexibility and easy communication. They are nice and kind people! I strongly recommend them!

I hired Chana Construction for ADU. His price is very reasonable as he has his own crew (and heavy equipment) working for him. There were some changes in my plans and he had to redo significant work. He did not charge any extra money for that. All the inspections passed without any problem. The only negative is that it took a bit longer to finish the project.

We had a pleasant experience with Chana Construction (Davinder Ji) for completely remodeling our house inside out at Milpitas. Chana Construction helped every stage starting from Architecting (Making changes to the original plan), planning, arranging city permits, inspection and completing the project with quality workman ship. Divider Ji was very flexible and didn’t hesitate to make any changes during the project. Passing the inspections and other variables makes very difficult to complete the project but Davinder Ji worked very hard and did their best to complete the project. In addition to the good quality work, Davinder Ji always willing to do the re-work If any needed. Anytime we needed a help Chana Construction and Davinder Ji is a phone call away. Overall we had very positive experience. Our hose was certified as green building by the City.

We chose Chana Construction to build our home in Fremont in 2021. The project involved completely demolishing the existing house and constructing a brand-new one. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Mr Devinder Chana successfully delivered our beautiful first home on time and within budget. He is highly skilled and professional in his craft. We hired Chana Constructions for our major reconstruction/upgrade project in 2012. Our project involves demolition of old structure, addition of new area and reconstruction with revised layout. Ours is a single family home in Fremont They did an excellent job and the quality of work is outstanding and that too at a reasonable cost. The total project was completed in little over three months and project was delivered on schedule. They used quality material and extremely professional in their dealings. As with any project, we changed plans and added few things during the construction process. They are very reasonable and accommodative with the change orders. They always discussed the issues with us, suggested changes and made things go smooth with city inspections and approvals Mr.Chana and his son Bhupinder Chana are the front face for their business. Bhupinder was managing our project and he was always available for any consultation and clarification. Unlike most of the other companies, they have their own crew and that is one of the reason why they are economical and their projects are almost on schedule. They are on the job site 7 AM every morning and leave by 5 PM. They clean up after work every day and methodical in their execution. We never heard any complaints from neighbors during the project and the worksite is always clean after the work everyday We are extremely happy with our association with Chana and company. We recommended them to at least 7 other projects amongst our friends and they all are happy and satisfied with the work delivered by Chana Constructions.

We strongly recommend Chana Construction. We started a major addition and remodel to our home in San Leandro about 1100 Sqft to 3850 sqft. We always feel like, he and his son Bhupinder Chana is our family member. Mr. Devinder Chana went above and beyond to work with us to resolve the issues during this project. Amazing, happy experience working with Chana Construction including Mr. Chana and his family. Amongst many changes, they added an extension to our house and swapped our kitchen and family room. In other words, we now have a brand new kitchen and a brand new family room. Mr. Chana is all class, always cool, calm and collected, very professional and willing to make changes at his own expense. Chana construction did an excellent job with the addition to our house at a very reasonable cost. It involved significant amount of construction to add a large family room with dining area, powder room and a wet bar plus a totally new kitchen with pantry. The work was completed on schedule. We were extremely happy with the quality of construction. They were very respectful and so easy to work with. The construction went without a hitch. I couldn't be happier with Chana Construction’s work on our home project. The project involved adding a ft. extension and renovating substantial portion of the existing structure. We were nervous about the disruption a major renovation would cause and most importantly the timelines after hearing horror stories about people getting stuck in their contraction projects for years, but Chana construction made the process surprisingly smooth. We stayed at our house while the construction was ongoing but their crew was respectful of our space and accommodated every request. Devinder Chana & company are the masters of their craft and we're so grateful for their hard work and expertise. But the best part of working with Devinder Chana was that we gained a family friend and we continue stay in touch and meet. Last summer I have started my home improvement project in Fremont and Chose Chana Construction company for a two bed room addition, new floors, bath rooms, new copper piping, paints , new electric work, A.C, new Furnace etc, basically it's like building new house. I am very glad that I chose Chana Construction company. They are excellent in their service, no compromise for quality, they have really suggested me lot of good stuff before and during construction. They are very open, not too greedy for money, specially when you ask for changes or additional requirements. They always bring very quality material and let us choose what kind of material we want. At every step they used to discuss things with us very openly and give suggestions where ever required. They are on-time to the job site every day as per the city mentioned timings in the permit. Very organized, never had a single complaint against them. They work like family members and very cooperative, mingle with every one, very honest. They have finished the project as promised on-time. I am glad that I have found this company referred by one of my friends. Really enjoyed working with them. Chana Construction is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
