I had a great experience selling my house with Ketan as my primary realtor. He showed his subject matter expertise by providing tips on house preparation, pricing , lawyer etc . He was transparent in all the offers on the house . He recommended what offer to choose from based on all the information he collected from the buyer . He kept his attention on the house till the closing and also followed up with the buyer for the escrow long after the closing was done . Overall Ketan is an amazing realtor .
