During this troubled covid times, he mobilized the crew to make the home ready for sale like replacing the carpet, landscaping, paint touchups, power wash and get the house cleaned - at a very reasonable price. He took care of everything and the only thing I did was write the check. Joe is market savvy and because of him the whole home selling process became cake walk for me.
