I did the tax filing using prosper tax ( Mitesh ) last year for tax year 2018 . I had very BAD experience with this Guy . First thing you can not reach out to him directly. You need to send him email and you have to wait for the reply ..if you will call him , he won’t pick your phone . He will ask you to first pay his Filing fee . Once you will pay then he will send you the draft copy . If you see any discrepancies in the draft then you are stuck , you need to keep chasing him and unable to reach out to him since he won’t pick your call or reply to your email . Same things happened in my case , I paid the money and found there was multiple discrepancies in my tax filing form then my chasing started and got very tough time. I also ask him for applying of ITIN and he charged me the fee for that and did lot of mistake. I had to keep chasing him to fix this issue , couple of time my ITIN request got rejected by the IRS since he advised me wrong . I corrected that issue and then followed with IRS to fix the issue . You can reach out to President/Prime minister easily but you can not reach him when you need him . Also , I observed he has very less knowledge about the CPA field . I would NOT recommend any one to go with this guy for tax filing, instead go somewhere else or file your self using turbo tax or other tax filing software. I have never given this long feedback to any one but I am giving here to save the people to get mentality torcher which I suffered.Thanks
