I was lucky to have Mohan, help me find a great property in the desired location I wanted. It took me about 6 months to finalize on the property I loved and wanted to buy. But during this whole process, Mohan has been super patient, very detailed, and AVAILABLE all the time. Mohan, helped us understand both pros and cons of the property in terms of location, schools, future developments and comparables in the same region.
