I'm Santhosh, Founder and CEO at Kolapasi. When I was studying my Masters in Bioinformatics in Georgia Tech, one of the things I missed the most was my mother's home cooking. She'd always make us a delicious meal each evening, and it was impossible to find restaurants that served up anything like what she made at home & which was healthy. I did some research and quickly discovered the Indian restaurant chains in North America, had a history of problems and that not all Indian restaurant chains are created equally: there are both good and bad quality products out there. My personal experience inspired the idea for Kolapasi, which was born out of a desire to bring a bit of India here - by creating an Indian restaurant that serves healthy Indian food which everyone can enjoy. This obsession helped me serve more than 1 Million meals to our grateful customers across the world. My ancestors were farmers in South India; the land provided for them, and they served the world by harvesting healthy grains year after year & satisfying the hunger of millions of people. I intend to continue the tradition set by my ancestors. It's my wish that our flavorful food not only satisfies your taste buds but also provide abundant nourishment to you and the people you love for many breakfasts, lunches and dinners to come.
