Manju helped me to rent my property recently. He was thorough and professional from begining to end by giving me recommendations to update property before listing for rent, during the tenant screening process and finally in execution of lease agreement. He went over and above his responsibilities; when I was out of town he worked with previous tenant to do walk through and collect keys, worked with contractor to get the house painted. I met Kamal when I was going with one of my colleague to see a potential house for him to buy. When I met him for the first time I was impressed based on his experience and full time availability and since I was also searching for home for myself I made my mind to work with him. I was in a dilemma since I was little not sure what exactly I wanted yet another town home or a single family. When Kamal showed me several homes I could make up my mind that a big town home would be better option for me based on price, locations and features. He guided me in each and every steps and helped me in choosing the lender where I could get best loan options. Other lenders were not approving me for the amount I was looking for. When I liked one of the property he showed I was so excited that I was ready to put a lot more than the asking price but he assured me that little above the asking price would be sufficient for that time. This is one of the key fact and point that helped me save some money. In additions he helped me even after we closed our homes with various things like getting few repairs done and providing guidance wherever necessary. I am planning to work with him further for any real estate activities like renting or reselling my other homes. I would strongly recommend Kamal for all buyers.

Kamal is an incredible agent. He is extremely knowledgable about all the ins and outs of the industry, prompt with responses, and patient with never-ending questions and concerns. He knows a lot about the VA/MD/DC market and provides great insight. Kamal is very easy going and no-pressure (unlike some other realtors I met). He used past sales to pin point a lower purchase price and negotiated the seller down.  After the home inspection, he was very attentive and thoughtful of choosing the items for the seller to fix. He also knows lot of lenders and provided unbeatable rate on mortgage.
