Update to 1 star, after 3 months of their service. Their initial responsiveness has gone away. And the service has become ridiculous. It takes like 5-10 minutes to open a simple request with the stupid AI. Also no one is responding to the SMS/text for days. They are forcing me to fix it myself and then sending automated text saying it's not allowed for renters to fix the house themselves.

I had to work with Real Property Management Engage due to the rental I found. I'll be honest I haven't had a more responsive service of any type for a while. They are consistent and their portal works. They go by the rules and what they said so there were no surprises for me throughout the whole process. I'll use them for my own rental properties.
