This review is wayyyyy... overdue . So thought I would add my review now- Better late than never ! Harish truly deserves an outstanding review, he represented me when I purchased my home last year. He was very patient with me when I saw several homes but did not want to put in an offer due to one reason or another. Finally I settled on a home and a price and did not want to change my budget. Harish effectively negotiated with the seller agent and got me the home !!!! He is very courteous, punctual, responsive and absolutely knows the process very well. I was extremely busy with my work however he was there personally overseeing every single aspect of the purchasing process be it an appraisal, home inspection, getting quotes for issues found in the home inspection, even driving to my home to pick up a check !!!! We bought our first home with the help of Srini. He is very meticulous, knowledgeable and prompt in understanding the requirements of the client and providing viable recommendations. He is watchful of his client's interests and would always state facts. Srini was very patient in answering all our questions. He was there at every step of the way providing great insights. He walked us through the whole process. He also understood our requirements, financial situation and he clearly called out and filtered homes that don’t match our criteria. He was also very thorough during inspections and called out any repairs. He also spent a lot of time walking us through the cost analysis before putting an offer. If we had a different number in mind, he was flexible enough to go with it. Finally we were able to close on a house within a month. Overall we found this experience so much better with a trusted partner like Srini. If you are looking to buy a home and looking for an agent, we definitely recommend going with Srini. Good Luck!
