Regarding foreign subsidiary or partnership, they advised to get in touch with a tax or legal expert on the foreign side because the local laws and compliance applicable in another country would require local expertise.

When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously.
