I'm going to be honest...we planned our wedding January (2016) on a very tight budget. I wanted a photographer and videagrapher that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg. That's when I came across Raj Photo Video. There's that saying that says you pay what you get for...well compared to other costs I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. Wedding day comes and goes they are there we do pictures they were around all night and they recorded everything. Flash forward a week or two we get our highlight reel from the wedding we were OBSESSED with it. We then got all our edited images and I loved them. The hard part was picking out pictures for the album...I did so about 10 months later (oops). I came home today from work to find my wedding album not at all expecting it and I absolutely am in love. It was not at all what I was expecting. It's perfect! Lesson learned...sometimes you find honest at home guys who don't charge you like other photographers for working out of their own homes! P.S. he did travel a distance for us also! I would 100% recommend them! They're work is awesome!!!

Sameer, Nick and the rest of the team at Raj Photo Video did an amazing job at our engagement shoot, Henna night and wedding day. The coaching from Sameer was perfect and he made everything so easy and enjoyable especially when we were stressed out. The one aspect of Raj Photo Video that I was most impressed with was the amount of time and communication that Sameer took to get to know us so that he could understand what types of photo shots, video shoots, and what we wanted captured. This is something that I have never seen from any photography studio that I have talked or interacted with. If you want a good team that will that time out to get to know you so that your day is captured to your liking then Raj Photo Video is the team to go with.

I contacted the company in February 2022 for a wedding in Upstate, NY in September 2022. Akash and I went back and forth to create a customized wedding package with everything I was looking for. He was very transparent with pricing and what was included or wasn't included in the package. The cost for travel from NYC to our venue was also reasonable. The package included professionally edited photos shared via google drive, an online photo gallery, film, and wedding album, and more. I also requested no show on social media and full length film for the wedding ceremony and reception. Akash and the videographer were very easy to work with on the day of the wedding and are very nice people! The pictures came out bautiful and we received all the shots we wanted! I am glad I went with a company who knows how to photograph Indian weddings. We also received an amazing highlight video! We were able to choose a custom album design and decide which photos we wanted to include. The album was delivered in perfect condition and was really great, amazing quality, and more than I would have imagined! I love that it came keepsake box that holds the album and a carrying case. We received a sneak peek of the photos about 2 weeks after the wedding, all photos by 2 months after, videos by 4 months and the album by 6 months. I would highly reccomend this company's services to anyone! Thank you so much for everything!

Words fail to express how we felt after we saw our wedding pictures. Amazing work, fabulous captures. Very friendly, accomodating and easy to work with him and his team. Sameer is very talented and has a beautiful vision. I planned an indian wedding in about just 3 months, and i am very fortunate to have found such an amazing vendor last minute. The team is very professional and doesnt care much about the amount of time they have to put in, their concern is the quality they deliver. I cannot wait for cinematography and videography that Nick and Ajay have captured, which im sure is just as phenomenal. BTW, Sameer, Ajay and Nick- their smiles are contagious and welcoming which makes it super easy & comforting to work with. My husband and I want to thank Raj photo Video sincerely.

We were told great things about Akash and his team from a close friend who was in the wedding industry. He said they were hired by his friend's wedding and that they were great. Even their cousins hired them too! At the day of our wedding, they were suited and ready for action. We could tell they enjoyed their work which put us at tremendous ease. My husband and I chose Raj Photo/Video for our Nikkah ceremony and wedding reception in September of 2021. My family has many events, and this was the first time that I felt complete security that the team I hired would take note of all our requests, however big or small, and have a true interest in capturing our most special moments. Sameer, Ajay, and Nick made themselves available to discuss with me the timeline of each day, went over poses/photos that we wanted to shoot. The communication was seamless, and I honestly could not have been happier to just focus on getting married and having fun. This was all reflected in the final product. A true thing of magic! Our family adores our photos and especially our wedding highlight/video. The emotions and love captured hits right every single time we watch it! It was important to us that we had a team that understood our culture and religion as well -- without going into too much detail, they knew exactly what moments needed to be captured at all the perfect angles. We never worried that they were based in NJ, and we were having our wedding out in Suffolk County at my home. They came early and did not miss a beat. I truly forgot they were located out of state. Do not worry, they will dedicate their time and give you 150%. Not only that, but Sameer was the best bridesmaid! He was always there to help me carry and set my train. Ajay and Nick also made sure my husband and I were having a good time. My only regret was not booking them for every single one of my events. We gained lifelong friends here with these guys!

One of the best decisions we made was having the Rajfoto team perform our wedding photography and videography!!! The team was super responsive to go over our needs and vision, communication with Akash was a breeze, clear cut on our needs, and what services were offered. Thier enthusiasm made us feel excited as we went through the wedding planning process. Throughout the entire wedding day we truly felt so special and taken care of every single moment was recorded with an intent to capture the best of everything, we truly appreciated the direction, the attention to detail, and commitment! We felt so at ease. The day flew by so quickly and everything felt like a blur once it was over, we were so blown away by the quick turnaround of all of the photos and we got to enjoy so many moments without rush during and after our honeymoon along with our loved ones.
