Kabir did an exceptional jobs as the DJ of our wedding. He is great at what he does -- he made our lives very easy for planning the details of music. His organization, calmness, and passion for what he does showed in how well the music and DJing was done for our wedding. We had a hindu/jewish/american wedding -- Kabir didn't break a sweat putting together music that fit perfectly to our occasions. I highly recommend Kabir and his team!

My sister and I hosted my brothers 50th birthday party in our back yard and Desi Beatzs was our DJ. He was the absolutely best! Awesome music, awesome equipments and just a fun guy! He lit up our backyard and brought a lot of our decor come to light! ??. I’d recommend him for any and all kind of events, because he knows how to get the moves out of you!!

Kabir and his team were involved early and throughout the entire wedding process, flexible and eager to incorporate any ideas we had as well as bringing their own set of ideas and flair that helped make the day perfect. Kabir and his team were wonderful to work with for my sister’s wedding this summer. Communication was very timely, they were able to set up and figure things out throughout the multiple events we had for the wedding and everyone in our family had so many compliments for them in terms of the music they played and their professionalism in executing the programs successfully. We had also asked last minute for a dhol player and they actually surprised us at the reception with this which everyone was very happy with and loved seeing! I cannot recommend Desi Beatzs enough to my friends and family for wedding events!!

Kabir is the best DJ in the DMV area! Hiring Kabir and his team for our wedding reception event was the best decision that my wife and I made. Kabir is very friendly, understanding, and easy going. He treated us and our guests like family. Kabir went above and beyond to give us the most memorable night ever!! He took care of our needs by providing us with all of the services that we had requested including dholis, fog machines, CO2 guns, and even glow sticks! Thanks Matt for keeping the party rolling and making our special couple celebrating their silver jubilee, dance to your carefully selected peppy numbers. You went above and beyond and turned the DJ service to karaoke without skipping a beat. We choose Kabir as the MC and DJ for our wedding in Punta Cana and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. We wanted to ensure we had great parties with good Indian music and lots of dancing! We got that and more! Kabir DJ’ed our sangeet and reception, and he picked music perfectly for both of these events. He did a great job reading the crowd and playing music that catered to everyone's taste. The dance floor was packed the entire night for both events! Kabir also supported the sound setup for our wedding ceremony, which was more than we hired him for. We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.

Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. I think i know who ill be calling and reffering to for all my DMV DJ needs

Don’t hesitate and just book Desi Beatz for your wedding events! My husband and I are so happy that we worked with Kabir on our special day. So communicative, friendly and upfront about what services they provided (and they offer a ton! We went with the DJ & photobooth packages). He was not only just the DJ for our reception, but he was the host, emcee, and coordinator. He truly lent support to every aspect of our day and was the reason it went so smoothly. Our guests loved the photobooth as well and it was great entertainment for our guests. Our event was a traditional Pakistani reception (the groom’s culture) with guests from other different cultures, as my family is Chinese-Vietnamese. He made sure to arrive early and work on all the last minute adjustments to work closely with our planner and event staff. Initially, I was worried about hiring a DJ, because some of the ones I've experienced at other friends' Indian weddings were a bit cheesy. However, Kabir DJ'ed at my wedding reception on 6/2/24 and he was great! We had also used his services at my brother's wedding reception in 2022. He's a clear communicator and works hard to understand his clients' expectations and desires for the event. He did everything we asked from him and more, and he made it an excellent evening!
