Successfully closed on my new home!! I had an amazing experience working with PT Johnson, so easy to work with him. He provided very simple and clearly laid out process steps, I followed the instructions, submitted the documents on-time and the entire process went very smooth. I have heard stories where buyers had horrifying experience and they ended-up with either delayed closing or had to change their lender. But none of that with P.T. Johnson, he got me rates that nobody could offer, forget about beating it (I got quotes from National Banks, Credit unions, Online lenders, local loan officers).
