Being a first time home buyer its always tricky to choose not only home but the realtor who will get you that desired property. I was lucky to have Mohan, help me find a great property in the desired location I wanted. It took me about 6 months to finalize on the property I loved and wanted to buy. But during this whole process, Mohan has been super patient, very detailed, and AVAILABLE all the time. Mohan, helped us understand both pros and cons of the property in terms of location, schools, future developments and comparables in the same region. He seems to have great knowledge about the Charlotte and Raleigh areas. Another plus point of Mohan is he helped me shop around for a good mortgage rate too.
