I consulted ManageMyTaxes about new business setup when dealing with a foreign entity. They clearly explained what complexities are involved w.r.t taxes and compliance on the US side when dealing with foreign entities or subsidiaries. They also provided good advice and references about setting up of merchant services within the US. Regarding foreign subsidiary or partnership, they advised to get in touch with a tax or legal expert on the foreign side because the local laws and compliance applicable in another country would require local expertise.

When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously. I did not want to pay for another plan where I could not understand why the plan was any better than what I had. When I expressed this concern, Sukesh explanined how he does things, how he can help limit risk for the sought return and made me see value to hiring him. Like me, Sukesh is an engineer by training (but from IIT, the most elite school in India). So he could understand me extremely well as a client. He brings to the table a rare combination of financial planning skills and analytical abilities. Due to his superb analytical skills, he would crunch numbers to show why a certain plan was better than an alternative, something no other planner I have met could do. Very patient, customer focused and always open to looking at alternate ideas, even if it questions his own recommendations.
