My wife (Caucasian) and I (Indian) had an amazing wedding, with HUGE thanks due to Kabir, taking care of all audio and DJ needs! Kabir was always accessible, helped us with developing music preferences, walked through rehearsals (multiple times), and most importantly, did an AMAZING job with the music. Given that we are at that age where many of our friends are also looking to get married, we’ve been recommending Kabir to all. Also, for the folks that did a fusion wedding like us, Kabir totally gets it, as his parents did the same!

It has taken me a day or two to write this review as I was busy tending to my feet. Tending? - you may ask. Well that is what happens when Matt is your DJ and the dance party starts in the evening and goes way past midnight because no one wants to miss a beat ?? Thanks Matt for keeping the party rolling and making our special couple celebrating their silver jubilee, dance to your carefully selected peppy numbers. You went above and beyond and turned the DJ service to karaoke without skipping a beat. Trust me you will be getting a lot of calls for your excellent service for quiet a number of milestone celebrations coming up in our group of friends. Once again thank you for everything you did to make our party a major success. ??

Kabir did an amazing job for our wedding event. He knew how to hype the crowd and managed well with the song timings. The dhol service was also right to the beat. Kabir accommodated our last minute song changes too. Definitely recommended!!!

Kabir did an incredible job DJing at my Punjabi/American wedding. From the lighting, finding the coolest dhol player and coolest MC, to very tastefully creating mixes and keeping the dance floor active, I could not have asked for a better DJ at my wedding. I could not recommend Desi Beatzs enough!

Kabir is the best DJ in town, he made the wedding ceremony and reception run smoothly and paid attention to all of the details (even the very last minute ones)! If I could give Kabir and the Desi Beats team more stars I would!!! They are kind, professional, and so so talented. We hired their team for several events and each one was flawless. They are so much fun and we had the best time because of them! They even came to the rescue when we had a power outage at our venue! They maximized use of generators and live dhol players to keep the party going. That kind of flexibility and adaptability is so important!! We are so grateful for Kabir and the team.

Wow, wow, wow, and one more time for the people in the back: WOW!!! DJ Kabir was everything and more we could have hoped for (and I was a wedding DJ for a spell so the expectations were high). We had a DIY reception-only affair (courthouse wedding last year), so we were looking for the music to not just be a mood setter, but capture bits of ourselves and our families. We wanted a little bit of all the good stuff, so much so it was almost hard to nail down a playlist. What would work, what won’t? Whats too niche or too new or to old gahhh!! This is where Kabir came in. His kind and warm demeanor really made us feel we were in good hands. He was available for any questions and was even kind enough to do a site visit beforehand. And then the day came. Firstly, what a set up! The lighting, the ambience! Secondly, what care! Kabir indulged us with a garba set that was supposed to be 15 miniutes and went 30. And then, MC Ishpreet! What an addition to the party. As Kabir tore up the floor, Ish’s dhol just amped up to the max. And what else to say? We danced and danced and danced. Every song was a banger, every beat felt like the apex. It wasn’t until days afterward looking at all of the fun videos from the night of people on the dancefloor we realized, “Damn our wedding really was an epic party.” All owed to Kabir and his team! Everyone should book Kabir and his crew because they are truly one of the best DJ’s available. A very good communicator, great with kids, and has music for every occasion. You are assured to feel at ease with changing things last minute with him because he is just so flexible! Just had him for a wedding and he did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone looking for a DJ for an event.

Kabir and his team are fantastic! He is super easy to work with and has great suggestions with the timeline. The baraat was a blast and our formal pictures on the mandap went as smooth as could be with him coordinating the photo groups. He listens to guest requests and encouraged us to add garba to our reception as our guests were requesting it which we had not planned for but it all worked out so well. Our guests said this was one of the best receptions they have been too since the music choice was really good and he kept the party going all night long. Highly recommend Kabir and Desibeatzs to anyone looking for a DJ.

We were so lucky to have Kabir DJ at my sister's wedding in the greater Baltimore area. He was professional, timely, and extremely kind. He worked hard to make sure everyone from kids to our older guests had a great time. He accommodated our requests and helped us with all our needs. On the Mehndi, His friend played the Dhol and added that extra punjabi touch. On the Shaadi, he set up a projector screen so we could play a slideshow and give the couple an extra tribute. Everything was flawless and super organized!

We choose Kabir as the MC and DJ for our wedding in Punta Cana and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. We wanted to ensure we had great parties with good Indian music and lots of dancing! We got that and more! Kabir DJ’ed our sangeet and reception, and he picked music perfectly for both of these events. He did a great job reading the crowd and playing music that catered to everyone's taste. Kabir was absolutely amazing. From the first song to the last, he kept the energy up and played songs that drew people back to the dance floor. We felt comfortable with Kabir from the first meeting. He spent time with us understanding our agenda and vision and he helped guide us through the process. Weddings are stressful and he removed music, audio, and lighting from our minds. Extremely professional. Kabir DJ'ed my son's graduation party and did an amazing job. He had all the professional equipment and knew exactly what we would need to make the event successful. We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.
