It was great working with Kabir and his team for our wedding in VA. Kabir was super helpful with all aspects of lighting and floor plan! Kabir and Ishpreet made for a super lively baraat even in the freezing cold! They kept the dance floor going our entire reception and were helpful with coordination as well! Our 360 Photo Booth made for amazing wedding videos and our guests absolutely loved all the props they had provided! It was busy the entire time!! DJ Kabir and MC Baneet had an incredible knack for reading the crowd and playing the perfect songs to keep the dance floor alive all night long. Working with Kabir was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding. After having been to countless Punjabi weddings and being less than thrilled with the DJs, I watched Kabir with his team and I knew I just had to go with them for our event. Kabir and his team are fantastic! He is super easy to work with and has great suggestions with the timeline. The baraat was a blast and our formal pictures on the mandap went as smooth as could be with him coordinating the photo groups. He listens to guest requests and encouraged us to add garba to our reception as our guests were requesting it which we had not planned for but it all worked out so well. Our guests said this was one of the best receptions they have been too since the music choice was really good and he kept the party going all night long. Well that is what happens when Matt is your DJ and the dance party starts in the evening and goes way past midnight because no one wants to miss a beat ?? Thanks Matt for keeping the party rolling and making our special couple celebrating their silver jubilee, dance to your carefully selected peppy numbers. You went above and beyond and turned the DJ service to karaoke without skipping a beat. Trust me you will be getting a lot of calls for your excellent service for quiet a number of milestone celebrations coming up in our group of friends. We used Desi Beatzs for a recent event in our backyard celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. Matt is very professional and thorough. He worked with us right from the planning phase - we had a couple consultations to understand our requirements and he made suggestions accordingly. He worked with our family to learn our diverse taste in music and even customized a playlist especially for us. He even helped us with music mixes for our dance performances. Matt does it all!! On the day of the event, the team from Desi Beatzs covered many aspects of our party including lights, smoke guns, upstage dance floor lighting, outdoor and indoor speakers. DJ Matt personally came out a few days before the party to test out everything. Everyone enjoyed the music and Matt kept the crowd on the dance floor. A few weeks later people are still talking about the fun party, thanks to Desi Beatzs! We would recommend him for any DJ services - large or small.

They are so much fun and we had the best time because of them! They even came to the rescue when we had a power outage at our venue! Kabir and his team were wonderful to work with for my sister’s wedding this summer. Communication was very timely, they were able to set up and figure things out throughout the multiple events we had for the wedding and everyone in our family had so many compliments for them in terms of the music they played and their professionalism in executing the programs successfully. We had also asked last minute for a dhol player and they actually surprised us at the reception with this which everyone was very happy with and loved seeing! I cannot recommend Desi Beatzs enough to my friends and family for wedding events!!

We were so lucky to have Kabir DJ at my sister's wedding in the greater Baltimore area. He was professional, timely, and extremely kind. He worked hard to make sure everyone from kids to our older guests had a great time. He accommodated our requests and helped us with all our needs. On the Mehndi, His friend played the Dhol and added that extra punjabi touch. On the Shaadi, he set up a projector screen so we could play a slideshow and give the couple an extra tribute. Everything was flawless and super organized!

Best DJ ever...I told Kabir that my Indian/Jewish/Peruvian wedding needed to be a banger, and the man really delivered. All night, guests told me it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and the dance floor was never empty. Whatever I say is not enough for how accomadating and proffessional Kabir is. From the first call, he was super friendly, responsive and willing to help make the event the way we want it. I think we had a pretty complex evening with need for live streaming, some pre recorded speeches and need for projector, but he made it seem all natural and simple. He was in touch with me and my brother regarding multitude of itenary changes during the evening and really just went with the flow. As for the music and lights, amazing. High quality speakers, greating lighting, awesome fog machine and great beats thru the whole night, he was also playing all special request songs all evening. I think i know who ill be calling and reffering to for all my DMV DJ needs

Hiring Kabir was easily our best wedding decision. He went above and beyond by 1) scoping the venue for us 2) coordinating with the priest; 3) ensuring the right music was played at the right time; 4) giving us recommendations when we felt lost; 4) making sure our ceremony and reception ran on time and; 5) kept a cool head when we ran into issues with other vendors and helped make adjustments to our schedules. We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.
