People remember to give bad reviews, but not many people come back to give good reviews because the purpose is served and somehow forgotten. Putting our child in Curie was the best decision we took. The work ethic, the rigor and the commitment by Dr. Rao are unparalleled. My kid went there for three years of middle school, she got into AET and AOS. Dr. Rao was available for discussion whenever we needed. My kid went to every single tutorial place in this area, we kept changing since we were not happy, before she settled for Curie. Yes it is rigorous, yes it is challenging and the kid has to work hard. And what’s wrong with that? If your child is hard working, sincere and honest towards his/her studies, this place is going to turn into a blessing. Even if your child doesn’t get in any of the stem schools, still, the work ethic, the rigor, the education will take them far in their academic life. Dr. Rao is a great teacher, facilitator, and motivator. We are an absolute fan of his tough love. Thank you for your time and energy you put into your students. Regards and gratitude.
There are many who doubt that Dr. Rao is a good teacher. There are many who write bad reviews out of spite. However, I was a student at Curie for 7 years, and I can say that putting your child in curie is one of the best things you can do for them. Yes, it is a lot of work, and it does require the ability to learn in large groups, but Dr. Rao is an excellent and committed teacher who is always happy to help and answer questions. He does have a slightly different method of teaching than most teachers, but that is one reason why so many curie students become successful. Over 100 students from Curie’s TJ/AOS/AET program were accepted into one of the STEM schools. I personally was accepted into all three schools, and a large amount of credit must go to Dr. Rao. Every cent of the tuition fee is worth it because your child will become equipped to tackle any kind of problem in any kind of environment. Curie was the best place for me and will most certainly be the best place for you.
