I live in Salisbury, Maryland, and drove almost three hours to visit Shruti Salon in Virginia for my Japanese permanent hair straightening. I found Shruti Salon through Google while searching for a hair treatment, and from my very first conversation with Shruti, I felt comfortable and confident because of her professionalism and the way she explained everything.
I am extremely happy with my final result, and my before-and-after photos show the amazing transformation. The long drive was absolutely worth it!
I highly recommend Shruti Salon to anyone looking for quality hair services. I have already booked my next appointment with Shruti for makeup, hairstyling, and Indian saree draping, and I’m really excited for it.

I had Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening done yesterday,
A huge thank you to Shruti for her incredible dedication and hard work. She is extremely patient, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about what she does. She stayed until 12:30 AM to make sure every step was done perfectly, and I really appreciate her commitment.
The final result exceeded all my expectations. My hair looks so smooth, silky, and naturally straight. I honestly got an even better result than I had imagined.

My hair is not easy as it is super thick and took over 7 hours to complete, but Shruti was so pleasant during the whole experience. She let me pick my own music, brought me and my friend coffee, and took her time to make sure I got the best results! It was such a blast spending the day with her & I can’t wait to use her other services soon!!
Also my Friend got a henna tattoo while there and it turned out just like the google picture so I highly recommend her for that as well! ??
