Rated 5.0 I have worked with many other agent in the past, but, no other can compare to Mona Singh. Her knowledge, expertise and responsiveness is exceptional. Once, Mona and I spoke for the first time, I could feel a sense of confident by the way she explained things in great details that I am talking to the right person, and I was not wrong. She is also very responsive, no matter what time or days of the week you call her, she always there to answer your question, I have to ask myself, if she ever not working. If you need a agent who will always be on your side and make you a priority, Mona Singh is that person. I do not recommended too many people, but with all confident, I will recommend Mona 100%.

Rated 5.0 We just purchased our 1st home in the US with the assistance of this amazing professional Mona Singh. I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying. My wife and I worked with Mona to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is approachable, personable, endlessly patient, highly knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. She was patient with my changing mind about offers and contracts, pointing me in a good direction with lenders, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Going through the first home-buying process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for her guidance. She was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that she put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental. Moreover, she is highly attentive to detail.
