Simon Sahi has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. We hit what we thought were a lot of bumps in the road but Simon was there to make sure we understood and to not stress and walked us through every step. He made sure to explain to us several times what would happen and what we would feel along the way. We were first time home buyers and started looking for houses in late June. Zillow connected us with Simon and we toured a half a dozen houses in areas we were interested in. After that, we made an offer for a home we felt very comfortable with, and had it accepted in early July. We closed at the beginning of August on time. Simon made the process of buying a new home so much easier than the horror stories I had heard from my friends. I was expecting it to take a long time, but he willing knew how to negotiate to make the sellers have to respond quickly. Simon is AMAZING!!!! Being a first time homebuyer, it is safe to say that we had no idea what we were doing. Not only was Simon very patient with us, but he took the time to explain everything so we could learn along the way.
