We had an amazing time working with DJ Kabir and his partner, Ishpreet. They did an incredible job at every single one of our wedding events in Cancun, Mexico. Kabir was super easy to work with and was always available to help out in any way he could. Our guests LOVED his music, he kept the dance floor filled with his great choice of music. Ishpreet did a phenomenal job at playing the dhol and at MC'ing to keep our events running smoothly. I would hire Kabir again in a heartbeat for any of our future events. Extremely professional. Kabir DJ'ed my son's graduation party and did an amazing job. He had all the professional equipment and knew exactly what we would need to make the event successful. He worked with us prior to the event to make sure the song list reflected what we wanted. He's very easy to work with and extremely responsive. The attendees absolutely loved it! Hiring Kabir was easily our best wedding decision. He went above and beyond by 1) scoping the venue for us 2) coordinating with the priest; 3) ensuring the right music was played at the right time; 4) giving us recommendations when we felt lost; 4) making sure our ceremony and reception ran on time and; 5) kept a cool head when we ran into issues with other vendors and helped make adjustments to our schedules. I would give him a 11/10. I would recommend everyone reading this to connect with him even if you are undecided. He is very easy to talk to and is super understanding. All our friends and families are looking forward to working with him for future parties and weddings.

Working with Kabir was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding. After having been to countless Punjabi weddings and being less than thrilled with the DJs, I watched Kabir with his team and I knew I just had to go with them for our event. I cannot speak highly enough about DJ Kabir and his team at Desi Beatz. We hired Desi Beatz for our Mehndi and Wedding this past weekend and both events were flawless- music, lights, everything. DJ Kabir is a very kind, patient, and professional DJ whose vibes are exactly what a bride needs on their big day(s). His team is absolutely wonderful too. DJ Kabir was very responsive in the whole planning process, shared great ideas for music and other special portions of our events, and truly made our events so memorable. We had a fusion Pakistani/American wedding and he was able to perfectly combine music from both cultures and read the crowd for the type of music they wanted to hear all night long. We can't wait to work with him again- I just need to drum up another reason to have a bash :)

He made sure to arrive early and work on all the last minute adjustments to work closely with our planner and event staff. We choose Kabir as the MC and DJ for our wedding in Punta Cana and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. We wanted to ensure we had great parties with good Indian music and lots of dancing! We got that and more! Kabir DJ’ed our sangeet and reception, and he picked music perfectly for both of these events. He did a great job reading the crowd and playing music that catered to everyone's taste. The dance floor was packed the entire night for both events! Kabir also supported the sound setup for our wedding ceremony, which was more than we hired him for. They were one of (if not the most) engaged vendors with us throughout our year of planning and went above and beyond to make sure our events were perfect at a brand new venue. We recently hired Desi Beatz services and DJ Kabir was simply awesome! This was for a birthday party and he made is memorable for us. Kabir is easy to work with and helped us with every step resulting in a fantastic high energy party. His equipment is state of the art, the DJ booth setup was really cool, lighting was brilliant and he worked with us for the music and complied a fun bollywood list mixed with english numbers. Oh and he has this cool looking Jeep that he uses for mobile DJ events. We will call him again for sure.

Kabir and his team were wonderful to work with for my sister’s wedding this summer. Communication was very timely, they were able to set up and figure things out throughout the multiple events we had for the wedding and everyone in our family had so many compliments for them in terms of the music they played and their professionalism in executing the programs successfully. We had also asked last minute for a dhol player and they actually surprised us at the reception with this which everyone was very happy with and loved seeing! So communicative, friendly and upfront about what services they provided (and they offer a ton! We went with the DJ & photobooth packages). Kabir and his team are fantastic! He is super easy to work with and has great suggestions with the timeline. The baraat was a blast and our formal pictures on the mandap went as smooth as could be with him coordinating the photo groups. He listens to guest requests and encouraged us to add garba to our reception as our guests were requesting it which we had not planned for but it all worked out so well. Our guests said this was one of the best receptions they have been too since the music choice was really good and he kept the party going all night long. ?DJ Kabir is absolutely phenomenal. We approached him based on reviews and his Instagram page. And after that it was a seamless process. He was wonderful to work with and personalized the playlist to include some of our favorites. He also attended the venue walkthroughs with us to help us plan the layout and also help us think through elements unrelated to audio. We danced for 3 straight hours and so did our guests ?across ages 3 to 80. Ankur, the dholi, brought in amazing energy and was a unique element to our reception. The lighting was great. ?The ?photo ?booth was very well done. The props were fun and there was something for everyone. We got the photos very soon after the event, and they are a great addition to the photos from our photographer.? Having Kabir and Ankur made all the difference to our celebrations. It's an enthusiastic yes from us!

He walked us through the process and provided a fair cost for his services. He came out promptly to perform a site survey. Great communication, he only needed a few pointers and worked independently to deliver exactly what he promised and more, arrived early, set up on his own in a designated area, created a fantastic atmosphere.
