I was very satisfied with overall service provided by One Plus realty. I was looking to lease or buy in an active senior retirement community. Over a period of about 3 months i was shown multiple properties that were close to my requirements and assisted by the company in making offers but never quite made the cut However on property showed up and I was able to make an offer and within 24 hours it was accepted . Dan Hultman was able to get me to close within 2 weeks of offer and everything went very smoothly Great people to work with!

I worked with Pooja and she was the sweetest (literally) and patient person I’ve ever worked with. I work in a very demanding field so I wasn’t always able to respond when needed but again, she was patient with me and understood the nature of my work.
