Rated 5.0 Sue Bose helped us to buy our second home in Almaden Valley. We were initially quite cynical about real estate professionals due to previous bad experiences. However, Sue had been introduced to us through a friend and so we decided to go for it. When we started our home search, we did not have a very definite idea about the price range we should be looking at and even the neighborhood. However, Sue helped us to narrow down our search and outlined to us the pros and cons of our options. She diligently came with us to all home visits for over four months, prepared our offer, and in fact, went to the office of the seller's agent to negotiate and bag the offer for us. Throughout the process, she provided excellent tips and advice not only on the home buying process, but also about the management of our current property in Almaden. She was always very responsive, explaining everything to us very patiently and went out of her way to negotiate the deal for us.
